• About: The 29-storey residential building, designed as a 4-storey podium with an oval tower above, having a gross floor area of 28600 square meters which 2000 square meters on two floors as a podium, and dedicated to amenity space such as swimming pools, gym and other public area for residents. the design focused on presenting visual sequences and using colors in the facade. Considering the residential use of the project, utilizing recurring and green elements, has created a dynamic and attractive appearance. The project utilizes movable panels that allow the interior to create a variety of light. The podium and the setback of the oval tower helps promote a pedestrian- scale public realm.
