• About: The Project is located on 155 Consumer Rd. and is supposed to have a mixed-use project in that lot. The Lot area is more than 1.6 Hectares and it is located in the proximity of many significant infrastructures. The junction of 2 major highways (401 & 404) and also located in the very proximity of major subway stations. In terms of urban design matter: the project consists of a podium on which the iconic towers is expressed. On the ground floor, retail and commercial uses caused maximum interaction with the pedestrian and sidewalks. From the above ground floor to the last floor of the podium, there are offices and also other entertainment activities which make the project more and more vibrant in this case. on the podium level, a rooftop garden and green roof are designed to make the place absorbing and active during the daytime and also at night. Towers consist of three 29-story buildings, each of which is a place of various uses.
