• About:This project is situated on a parcel of land exceeding one hectare, characterized by its elongated shape which has dictated a linear architectural design. Within the northern sections of the building, individual housing units are positioned, with the overall mass of the structure descending towards the lower levels. The arrangement and configuration of these units have been carefully orchestrated to ensure optimal shading towards the north. The incorporation of biophilic (nature-friendly) architectural principles is evident in this project, with the leaf motif serving as a prominent feature within the aerial perspective. The introduction of diverse balcony designs for the units has enhanced the project’s visual appeal and diversity. Featuring a mixed-use concept, this development presents a distinctive ground floor design that seamlessly blends nostalgia with contemporary aesthetics.
